About Heritage & Hearth

Heritage & Hearth is a small-batch skincare brand based in Milton, Florida, operated as a single-member LLC. All products are handcrafted in small batches.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Store Credit

Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heritageandhearthsupport@gmail.com. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any future purchase.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Heritage & Hearth is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.

Product Use

All Heritage & Hearth products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Perform a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products away from eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
